これ、どういう意味かわかりますか？
（ちなみに「教えてよ」ではないですよ!!）
本記事では “Tell me about it” の意外な意味とその使い方をまとめますよ！
Tell me about it. の意外な意味とは
“Tell me about it.” は「それについて詳しく教えて」って言う意味でももちろん使いますが、「そうだよね」「わかるわかる」といったような「同意・共感」の相づちとしても使われます。
今風にいうと「それな」ってかんじですね。

used to say that you feel the same way or have had the same experience
tell me about it
used for saying that you already know about something unpleasant that someone has just described because you have experienced it yourself
うーん、英語は口にする言葉と実際の逆の意味を持つことも多いんだよね。
皮肉みたいな感じかな。
「もっと詳しく聞かせてよ（本当はもうこれ以上言わなくても、その気持ちよくわかるよ！本当にそうだよね！）」 みたいなかんじ。
もちろんこの場合の “Tell me about it!” はただの共感であって、それ以上の詳しく説明を求めてる訳じゃないよ。
used as an ironic acknowledgement of your familiarity with a difficult or unpleasant situation or experience described by someone else.
もう深く考えずに “Tell me about it” ＝ 「そうだよね」「それな」で覚えちゃったらいいよ。
注意してほしいのは、”Tell me about it.” は主に不満や愚痴なんかのネガティブな意見や発言に対する共感に使うってこと。
ポジティブな発言に対する共感には “I know, right?” っていうことが多いよ。

前述のように “Tell me about it.” はネガティブな発言に対する同意に使います。
一方、“I know, right?” はポジティブでもネガティブでもどちらにでも使えますよ！
